This delight is made with wheat flour where the dough is deep-fried and dipped in sugar syrup to make an irresistible treat that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. The luscious Kovapuri is also called with a couple of classic names, namely Chandrakala and Suryakala because of their shapes.
